I drive an ‘07 BMW 3 series, commuting between Cottonwood and Sedona for work. Mid-drive, the temp warning light came on and my car went into “limp mode.” I was able to pull off safely and eventually have it towed. Without any prior experience with car service businesses in the region, I spent some time doing internet research trying to find the best option. The business that superficially seemed the most logical didn’t answer my call, so I left a voicemail. No response that day. I tried again the next day. And the next. Eventually, I took it as a sign and kept looking. This is when I discovered Eaton and gave them a ring. My call was answered on the first attempt and Rebecca was very warm and helpful. Their system of communication is very meticulous, transparent, and comprehensive. Reviewing the results of their diagnostic assessment, I was impressed by how thorough and straightforward it was. My repair job was performed professionally, in a timely manner, with no surprises or hidden expenses. Honestly, quality, and value come to mind. I would recommend this business to anyone else in my situation, and I am grateful for the service they performed.

I’ve taken my hybrid here twice and received impeccable service both times. Donovan is extremely knowledgable with a solid work ethic. He provides photos with detailed explanations of all issues, recommended procedures and repairs. He’s thorough, meticulous and a straight shooter who runs an honest business!

I booked an appointment the day before I can in to get an oil change and my air filters replaced. I always trust the service that I receive at Eaton Automotive. Not only did Donovan change the oil and the air filters but he also noticed that my tires need to be rotated, so he did that too. I am so happy with the service and the prices are very reasonable. It doesn't seem like they really want your business. I have a classic vehicle with an entirely new front end engine suspension brakes power steering interior etc. Because it was older than 1980 they didn't want to touch it. All I wanted was a simple alignment. With a mustang to front end it shouldn't be that complicated. Oh well, I won't struggle to give a business anymore. Guess they don't need it.

Friendly and helpful people

Very positive experience. After another shop tried numerous times to find the cause of a weird noise in my Tacoma. They finally said it was valve train noise and to use an additive and the noise should quiet down. I went to Eaton automotive and was immediately impressed. Rebecca listened to my complaint, wrote it all down, and made an appointment for me. The day of the appointment I was given a ride home and picked up the same day. That afternoon i received an Email from Donovan showing my initial complaint and his thorough diagnosis compete with pictures and a video . He noted the problem and the necessary steps to fix it. After ordering the parts and a wait of a few days Donovan replace the bad motor mounts and u joints and my weird noise was gone. I'm happy and my Taco is happy.

My Jeep Compass was having a starting issue and Donovan got it figured out and got me back on the road. Thanks for helping an old man out! 5 Stars.

Highly recommend this place! We went to another shop in town who left us with more problems than we started with. We brought our truck to these guys and couldn’t be happier. They are very thorough with the work and such nice people.
