I don’t leave reviews—at all! But Eaton did a great job on my Wrangler that I had to. Nearly the entire front suspension and steering needed an overhaul (it was bad). I got an honest quote, a great repair with heavy-duty parts, and when it needed a little fine-tuning afterward, I brought it back in, had a quick conversation with Eaton, and he had it taken care of the same day. By far a better experience than any shop I’ve dealt with in Phoenix - including dealerships. Great work, honest service, and they stand behind what they do. Thank you!

I highly recommend Eaton Auto! Ive had the opportunity to work with them professionally, and recently I also got to experience their service firsthand when they performed a pre-purchase inspection on a vehicle for me. They are knowledgeable, thorough, honest, and incredibly easy to work with. I especially appreciate that I can trust them to give me straightforward information without trying to sell me something I dont need. Their pricing is very reasonable, and they genuinely care about doing right by their customers. Its not always easy to find an automotive shop you feel you can truly trust, and Eaton Auto is definitely one of those places. Great people, great service, and a business Im very happy to recommend!
